Storm & Hail Damage

Damage you can't see from the ground

Most roof failures start small and stay hidden until the first heavy rain. Here is what our inspectors look for after a storm.

1
Missing or lifted shingles — wind gets under the edge and works the whole field loose.
2
Granule loss — bare spots and granules in the gutters mean the surface is aging out.
3
Ceiling and water stains — by the time it shows inside, the deck is already wet.
4
Hail and wind damage — bruising and cracks that void coverage if left undocumented.
5
Damaged flashing — chimneys, valleys and vents are where most leaks actually begin.
6
Sagging roof sections — a structural signal, not a cosmetic one.
7
Gutter and fascia damage — water pushed back into the roof edge and siding.

Materials & Workmanship

The roof is the system, not the shingle

We install manufacturer-approved systems end to end — underlayment, ice and water barrier, ventilation, flashing and ridge. Skipping one layer is where most roofs fail early.

Architectural shingles rated for high wind and impact.
Full ice and water barrier in valleys and along eaves.
Balanced ventilation so the attic doesn't cook the roof from below.
New flashing every time — we don't reuse metal to save an hour.

FAQ

Straight answers

How do I know if my roof actually has storm damage?
From the ground you usually can't tell. Hail bruising and lifted shingles are visible only up close, which is why the inspection is free and documented with photos you keep.
Will you help with my insurance claim?
We document the damage thoroughly and explain what we found so you can talk to your carrier from an informed position. We don't promise approval and we don't act as your adjuster.
Repair or replace — how do you decide?
Age, extent of damage and deck condition. If a repair will hold, we repair. If it won't, we show you why rather than asking you to take our word.
How long does a replacement take?
Most residential roofs are completed in one to three days depending on size, pitch and weather.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed, fully insured and carrying workers' compensation. Certificates are available on request before work begins.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Installation for ten years, in writing and transferable to the next owner. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer.
Do you clean up after the job?
Daily. Debris is hauled out and we run magnets across the yard and driveway for nails before we leave.
Can you tarp an active leak today?
Emergency tarping is available within 24 hours in our service area, often the same evening during storm season.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through third-party lenders. We'll walk you through the options during the estimate without pushing a particular plan.
What areas do you serve?
Amarillo, Canyon and the surrounding communities. If you're just outside, call — we often still make the trip.
